FAIRYTALE – Kim Kardashian and Kanye West just can't get enough of each other! The couple were spotted visiting the Los Angeles Children Hospital on Friday (June 29). Dressed in all white, Kim rocked a BCBG draped front jacket along with a Céline Phantom Luggage Tote in suede, and a MAJOR pair of Balenciaga Spring 2012 peep-toe booties.
