Khloe Kardashian was just hoping to get a little footage of her lunch with Scott Disdick at Cuvee Restaurant in Beverly Hills without a lot of fuss, but on her way out she is besieged by what looks like dozens of paps, photo seekers, bystanders and other fans as she tries to make her way back to her car. No word yet on whether she'll have to reshoot this scene.
