Khloe Kardashian has been in the spotlight recently for more than just her everlasting gig as a reality TV star. Now, the socialite is sporting a sexy new physique that has heads turning, and many asking what she did to slim down and shape up.
Well, Kardashian is giving the inside scoop to her rigorous routine in a new video, showing off her skills as she gets down and dirty with trainer Gunnar Peterson tackling battle ropes, lunges with heavy barbells, and plenty of other sweat-inducing stuff, like the total-body move called the twisting lunge to monkey row, which targets the calves, glutes, shoulders, biceps, and core.
“Don’t let lack of equipment be your reason for not doing it,” Gunnar says in the video.
