Looking like a fashion forward mother-daughter duo, reality starlet Kim Kardashian and momager Kris Jenner went on a athletic shopping spree at Net Results in Calabasas, CA today (March 3).
The 31-year-old entrepreneur looked chic in a denim vest, black leggings, suede boots and a pink Chanel bag while Kris looked fabulous as well in cobalt blue jeans, a black blazer and large black sunglasses.
The shopping date comes just two days after a $5 million class action lawsuit was filed against all three Kardashian sisters and their endorsed diet product line, QuickTrim.
According to legal filings, QuickTrim, the reality sisters and a number of drug store chains, is being sued for allegedly making false claims about the product's efficiency.
The lawsuit specifically points out that Kim, Kourtney and Khloe made "numerous unsubstantiated, false and misleading claims" about the product's effectiveness.
The case was brought to court by Bursor & Fisher, who claim that the diet pill is more like a large caffeine pill than anything else. On that note, court filings also include that the FDA has found these types of pills are "not a safe or effective treatment for weight control."
The E! reality star siblings have been endorsing this product since 2009 and have reportedly helped the product rake in almost $45 million.
