Washington, Mar 31 (ANI): Kim Kardashian has revealed that her newly single status prompted her to lose weight.

The reality TV star claims to have lost 6 pounds in just 7 days.

The 31-year-old said that she managed to shed the pounds by working out two times daily, which included early morning treadmill runs and strength training, coupled with Pilates at night.

She also changed her diet, and cut out gluten, sugar and dairy.
