The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals is losing one of its more famous supporters. Khloe Kardashian has taken to her Twitter account and blog to announce that she will no longer be supporting the animal rights organization. Khloe explains that the woman who threw flour on her sister, Kim Kardashian, has ties to PETA, and she's not going to stand beside them while they support "this kind of behavior." Kim was attending a charity function last week when a woman named Christina Cho tossed flour all over her. Cho is an animal rights supporter who PETA has previously described as a "superstar activist."
A source tells E! News that Cho's flour throwing was done without PETA's knowledge or approval. PETA tells E! that they are "very fond of Christina," adding that she's a "very kind, wonderful volunteer." PETA says they plan to pay for any legal expenses that may arise from Cho's decision to pour flour on Kim Kardashian. Kim is reportedly planning to press charges.
