Shortly after Kim Kardashian got hit with a flour bomb earlier this week, Khloe Kardashian, a former PETA supporter, announced she is quitting the organization.
Not only did PETA promised to support the crazy flour attacker, but the organization had the nerve to lash out at the flour bomb victim, Kim. This was not sitting right with Khloe, so even though she once supported PETA by going naked on an ad against fur, she is quitting the fur loving team.
Khloe wrote in a blogged statement,
"I just received word that the woman responsible has very close ties to PETA, despite PETA publicly stating otherwise. Not only has PETA lied to the public, but they have proved that they support this kind of behavior. I've been a vocal supporter of PETA for a long time but I have also been very vocal about anti-bullying, so this was a huge disappointment for me. As you all know, I don't condone violence and bullying and what happened last Thursday was just that."
Although PETA said they were not behind the attack, they will support the attacker and even said they would help her if she were prosecuted.
Khloe is absolutely disgusted by PETA's behavior. She said,
"Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs and opinions- I personally don't wear fur but that doesn't mean I am going to force my views on everyone else. Especially by violating them."
