Kim Kardashian rocked a black and white Lela Rose dress at the Valentino 50th Anniversary party and new Flagship Store opening on Rodeo Drive on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 in Beverly Hills, CA.
In a welcome change, the 31-year-old reality TV star relied on her sense of style, not her sumptuous curves, in picking the sleeveless patterned number with a bateau neckline.
Kim arrived at the event accompanied by designer Rachel Roy looking relaxed, having put Thursday's flour bombing incident behind her.
(The woman who had flour-bombed Kim has since been identified as Christina Cho, a PETA member.)
Kim's knee length dress was fitted at the bodice and accented with sheer shoulders. It featured a deep V back and a structured full skirt.
She accessorized with black pointy peep-toe pumps, black envelop clutch, stud earrings and a bangle in her left arm.
Her hair was styled in a sleek ponytail with a swept back top.
Kohl lined eyes accentuated with spidery long lashes, signature nude lips, and slick of pink blusher rounded her delightful look.
Others attending the invitation-only party included Nicky Hilton, Molly Sims, Alice Eve, Rachel Zoe, Abigail Spencer, Jaime King, Ellie Kemper, Jessica Szohr, Isabelle Fuhrman, Teresa Palmer, Rose McGowan, Lady Victoria Hervey and Minka Kelly.
The guests got a sneak peek of the 50th anniversary Valentino capsule collection. The collection consists of 50-piece ready-to-wear and accessories range inspired by Valentino Garavani's animal prints from the sixties.
