In the midst of a divorce, Kim Kardashian attempting to get into the best shape of her life. The reality star is hard at work and has been successful thus far.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians reality star, 31, was at the Kim Kardashian Dresses for Success charity event on March 22, which was also the launch for her newest fragrance True Reflection when she told Us Weekly, "I'm on a mission."
"I figure, I'm single. Now is the best time to get in shape," she explained.
Kardashian gets help from her trainer Gunnar Peterson and works out two times a day. The QuickTrim spokeswoman runs on the treadmill in the morning and does Pilates or strength training at night with her brother Robert Kardashian.
"No more sitting at home, eating too much!" she says, as she has cut out sugar, gluten and dairy out of her diet.
She has lost 6 pounds in 7 days with her new diet and work out regimen.
The Huffington Post reports that Kardashian tweeted on Monday at 1:25am that she was having a "late night workout." After getting in some shut-eye, she was back at it again and tweeted "Up early to get this workout in! Get fit or die trying
" adding, "Arms and Abs today."
As for her prolonged divorce to NBA star Kris Humphries, Kardashian told Us "I'm so ready, emotionally, for this to be over."
