"I'm on a mission," Kardashian told Us at the March 22 Dress for Success charity event that doubled as a launch for her True Reflection fragrance in West Hollywood. "I figure, I'm single. Now is the best time to get in shape."
The QuickTrim spokeswoman (who trains with Gunnar Peterson) did it with major devotion, working out two times daily — early-morning treadmill runs and strength training or Pilates at night. Her workout buddy? Brother Rob
And her diet has changed, too, with gluten, sugar and dairy cut out for now. "No more sitting at home, eating too much!
Personally I think she looks great. She always looks great. All she really has to do is maintain what she already has.
