But the reality television personality has had a change of heart, and wants to make sure her assailant gets her just deserts by pressing charges against the anti-fur campaigner.
According to TMZ, she does want the mystery woman who covered her in the baking product at a Hollywood red carpet event on Thursday to avoid punishment, and thinks she should be her accountable for her actions.
An insider has claimed the Keeping Up With The Kardashians favourite decided against press charges that night because she didn't want to take herself away from the event, which was for charity.
She will now the police in the next few days inform them formally of her decision to press charges.

But today it emerged that the as-yet-unnamed a woman is believed to have shouted the words 'fur hag' at the reality show star before dousing her with the cooking powder.
New video footage shows the unidentified woman throwing a bag of the white powder over the reality star, who then stormed off in shock.
The reality starlet opted to go back to the event following the fracas, and the assailant – an unidentified Asian woman – was arrested by police who were called to the scene.
