ShoeDazzle, a two-year-old retail startup that offers users a monthly selection of shoes, handbags and accessories by subscription, is revamping its business model. Under the direction of newly installed CEO Bill Strauss, the company is dropping its subscription offering and expanding into three new categories: apparel, weddings and lingerie.
