Kris wants to know what's in Kim's money bag.

These two just can't settle their issues and go sit somewhere. Kris Humphries is continuing to fight Kim Kardashian in court over money they made during their quickie marriage. Humphries just filed documents in court asking a judge to force Kim to show financial statements showing exactly how much money they made as a couple during their 72 day union. As if that weren't enough, Kris is also challenging Kim's choice to donate money they received as wedding gifts.
Humphries' attorney say they just want Kardashian to deal with them fairly. Kris Humphries legal team wrote in the documents, "A spouse may not make a gift of community personal property, or dispose of community personal property for less than fair and reasonable value, without the written consent of the other spouse."
Apparently, that statement is talking about how Kim Kardashian kept all the wedding gifts but sent double the value of the gifts to a charity. Either way, these two need to solve this quietly and move on.

Sounds like the difference between a divorce and a legal separation is that a legal separation gives a rich reality star wife time to hide her money.
