Kris Humphries is (wisely) leaving his impending divorce to the pros!
Despite rumors that Humphries, 27, appointed himself as his lawyer on official documents for his divorce case, a source close to the Nets player denies any truth to the claims.

"False!" The Humphries insider tells Us Weekly. "He is in the process of changing counsel is all. He was not dropped by [his lawyers]."
The report is just the latest drama surrounding Humphries' break from Kim Kardashian, 31. Earlier this week, the NBA star butted heads with his soon-to-be ex-wife, who decided to donate twice the value of their wedding gifts to the Dream Foundation, a charity that grants wishes to adults with life-threatening illnesses.

His issue with the gesture? Humphries thought the wedding presents should be returned directly to the guests that gifted them.

"Kris has always felt they should return gifts to the people that spent their money on it," a Humphries source tells Us. "Kris respects Kim for donating money and is happy she is doing that. He 100 percent thinks that is great, but she should give the gifts back."
