TMZ reports that Kris Humphries wants $7 MILLION from Kim Kardashian - or the divorce proceedings will get rrrrreallly ugly.

TMZ cites a source that says Humphries made the 7 million dollar demand via his Minnesota lawyer – Saying it's pay up financially, or pay dearly personally with a very ugly public trial. This, despite the fact that the couple had a prenuptual agreement protecting Kardashian from such a payout.

Mind you, Humphries may not have Kardashian bank, but he's far far poor. Sources also tell TMZ that Humphries nets more than 3 mil a season with the New Jersey Nets, and made about 1 million dollars for the televised wedding.
