Rob Kardashian, spinning some tunes (Splash News)
Reality TV and famous brother Rob Kardashian sold Miami Beach cops a bill of goods early Sunday morning when they cuffed him in a strange incident involving paparazzo Freddy Hernandez.
Police officers grabbed Kardashian, 25, inside a smoke shop after they saw him run through dawn traffic after another man who sought refuge in the store about 5:15 a.m.
Kardashian said he was just goofing around. Eventually, he admitted to not liking people taking pictures of him outside nightclubs. Still, the officers took off his handcuffs and let him go since there'd been nothing physical.
But the man who was being chased by the fleet-footed Kardashian, a former strong contender in Dancing With The Stars, now says he feared getting beaten by Kim Kardashian's lil' bro.
"I had to run in traffic and I almost got run over by a car," said Hernandez, one of the beach's better paps.
"He wasn't goofing around and he knows it. I was just taking photos of him and his girlfriend (signer Rita Ora) coming out of (nightclub) Mansion. I wasn't obvious about it. I was hiding behind a car. But he saw me. He went: 'I'm gonna kill you!' And he started running after me.
"I was really worried about my camera. My heart was pounding."
Rob's cell phone isn't accepting messages.
