Celebuzz has a full rundown of Cho, who has more than a passing affiliation with animal rights organization PETA. The group said it approved of the attack on Kardashian, but denied any link to the incident. Kim's sister Kourtney quit PETA after the organization applauded the flour bombing.

While PETA's non-involvement may well be genuine, it also turns out Cho is a PETA volunteer and the older sis of PETA Special Projects Manager Michelle Cho. Celebuzz says she's a veteran of numerous animal rights demonstrations, and received a 'PETA award' in 2010.

That promise arrived after Kardashian performed something of a U-turn. While her immediate reaction was to laugh the incident off, the reality star informed E! Online that she was mulling over whether to press charges on Cho:

"I am just going to think about it, because I don't want someone to think they can really get away with that. So we are going to handle that

Further angering the Kardashian clan, PETA promised it would offer to pay for Cho's legal defense if Kardashian does press charges against her assailant. Earlier this week, a rep for the group told Celebuzz:
