Now that Kim Kardashian is reportedly filing charges against the woman who flour bombed her, PETA says they will defend the woman in court if necessary.

The activist, who has been identified as Christina Cho, has close ties to the animal rights organization.
"We don't believe Kim would be so shortsighted as to go after this woman, but if she does, we'll definitely look at how to maximize exposure to the cruel fur industry, and that could mean defending the activist if she wishes," a PETA spokesperson tells RumorFix.
Although PETA says they are not officially affiliated with Christina or the flour bombing, RumorFix has confirmed the woman has been an animal rights activist for years and even won the "Nanci Alexander Award" in September 2010 celebrating PETA's 30th Anniversary.
On the PETA website, she is identified as a "superstar activist," who drives around in a SUV plastered with the McDonalds logo and the words: "McCruelty: I'm Hating It." And, she is one of PETA"s Lettuce Ladies.
Her younger sister, Michelle Cho, is PETA's senior manager of communications.
