 Kim Kardashian is covered in flour during arrivals at the "True Reflection" Fragrance Launch at The London.

This week in West Hollywood, Kim Kardashian is pelted with a flour-bomb outside the London Hotel, City Council passes a resolution condemning the new reality television show Shahs of Sunset, and City Manager Paul Arevalo announces alternate designs for the $41 million renovation of Plummer Park are coming in May.

Reality television star Kim Kardashian decided to press charges against the woman who threw flour on her during an event Thursday at a West Hollywood hotel to launch her new fragrance.

City Council has passed a resolution condemning the new reality television show Shahs of Sunset for perpetuating negative stereotypes about Iranian-Americans. 

The City of West Hollywood spent over $2.7 million on special events in 2011. Council was pleased to get the detailed breakdown of the costs and attendance, but was surprised by the numbers.

Australian swimsuit model and former Penthouse Pet Simone Farrow has been accused of running an international drug ring out of her West Hollywood apartment.

West Hollywood City Hall will be closed in observance of Cesar Chavez Day on Monday. Parking meters and associated time limits, as well as Peak Hour Towing Restrictions will be enforced.

The city's plans to build a new, five-story automated parking structure behind City Hall are coming before the project's steering committee Thursday.
