On March 25th, Kim attended church to say a prayer of thanks after getting blasted with flour on the red carpet at a recent event. She tweeted, "I would be lost if I didn't go to church to reflect back on my whole week."
An insider close to Kim says that she's feeling alone and scared after the incident. The spy said, "She's worried that no amount of security can keep her safe."
