Kris Humphries is determined to make Kim Kardashian admit that their marriage was fake and that it was all just for publicity.

The New Jersey Nets star even turned down $7 million for a settlement because he is waiting for a "public apology" from the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, reports the New York Post.
Kim, 31, left Kris in shock when she filed for divorce just 72 days after their $10 million wedding. According to a source, the Nets star wants Kim to admit that "the entire wedding was staged by her and her family" and is refusing to divorce her until she does so.
A friend of the basketball star told the tabloid: "Kim's camp is depicting him as money-hungry, but in fact he turned down a $7 million settlement. Her camp is putting out stories about 'Kim's divorce hell' hoping he'll cave in, but he won't.
"Kris wants Kim to admit to fraud, to admit the whole thing was staged for publicity, to make a public apology to him because he really wanted a marriage."
Kris, who starred in the sisters' spin-off show Kourtney & Kim Take New York, is furious about how he's been represented in the media.
"They are trying to spin Kim as the victim, but Kris isn't going to stand for it," a pal said. Shortly after Kim filed for divorce, Kris filed his own papers – for an annulment based on fraud.
As reported last week, Kris has filed legal papers demanding that Kim states how much money they earned during their short lived marriage. While Kris has revealed his bank records, Kim has been stalling.

A source close to Kim Kardashian has reportedly insisted that Kris was never offered $7 million but that "she just wants to move on".
