I often wondered if airport workers ever scrummage through the luggage of the rich and famous, and now by curiosities have been satisfied by none other than Kim Kardashian who has a bone to pick with British Airways. The 31-year-old…actress? singer? reality star?…her occupation really doesn't matter, but the fact that she jumped on Twitter to accuse the airline of theft is what counts.
She'd been at the Cannes Film Festival with her alleged boyfriend Kanye West and enjoying a European rendezvous, but tragedy struck when she was making her way back to this side of the pond and had precious items pilfered from her luggage.
Kim lamented:
"Very disappointed in British Airways for opening my luggage & taking some special items of mine! Some things are sentimental ¬ replaceable. What happened to the days when you could lock your bags! We need to get back to that. There's no sense of security & no trust! Shame on you."
I wonder what Kim considers "not replaceable"? The airline says they are "looking into" the matter, so let's see if anything really gets recovered.
