New York, May 10 (ANI): Kris Humphries's legal team is planning to grill his ex-wife Kim Kardashian about issues including a Ferrari the couple was given as a wedding present when the pair give evidence in their divorce proceedings next month.
The NBA star's legal team is pushing to interview his reality star ex-wife on camera during the hearing but she is opposed to a taped deposition.
"Kris is anticipating that Kim will be deposed first, this is something that his lawyer is insisting upon. Kim's deposition will take place at her lawyer, Laura Wasser's office, in early June and they are still wrangling over whether or not it will be videotaped," the New York Post quoted a source as telling Radar Online.
"Kris' deposition will take place shortly thereafter and both should have their formal sit down interviews for their divorce proceedings by the end of June," the source said.
Among other things, the New Jersey Nets star wants to know what happened to the white Ferrari that was a gift from a Malaysian businessman who attended the lavish wedding.
"Kris wants a divorce trial so that the truth can finally come out. Amongst other matters, he wants to know about the Ferrari.
"Kris was at Kim's house when the car was delivered-it was given to both of them, but Kim has kept sole ownership.
"She will be asked about it, under oath, on the stand at the trial," the source added.
The socialite filed for divorce from Humphries on Oct. 31 last year, merely after just 72 days of marriage.
The pair had married in a star-studded Hollywood ceremony Aug. 20 and reaped millions of dollars when the nuptials became a two-part special on E! that drew in more than 10 million viewers. (ANI)
