Kim Kardashian to give divorce testimony

Kim Kardashian's divorce proceedings with Kris Humphries are about to heat up.
The estranged couple will both be deposed at the beginning of June, according to RadarOnline.
Kris' divorce attorney wants Kim to give her oral testimony on camera which the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is dead against.
"Kris is anticipating that Kim will be deposed first, this is something that his lawyer is insisting upon," an insider told the site.
"Kim's deposition will take place at her lawyer, Laura Wasser's office, in early June and they are still wrangling over whether or not it will be videotaped.
"Kris' depo will take place shortly thereafter and both should have their formal sit down interviews for their divorce proceedings by the end of June."
Kris apparently wants to prove that Kim allegedly went through with their wedding just for television ratings while the starlet maintains that she was truly in love with the basketball player.
