The reality star hit the red carpet in a yellow Elie Saab Spring 2012 gown. She styled her designer gown with a pair of black Casadei Patent Leather Pumps ($677.00). The designer shoe features a pointed toe, a structured silver-tone metallic stiletto heel and a leather sole.
