The reality star was spotted arriving at the showing of "Cruel Summer" held at the 65th Annual Cannes Film Festival today. Kim hit the red carpet, with boyfriend Kanye West, wearing a Balmain 2012 Resort Dress   She completed the look with a pair of black Balmain Silk Button Boots ($1295.00). Check out more designer details after the jump… The boot features a heel that measures approximately 5 inches, an almond toe, black stretch panels at sides and a curved silk panel at outer side as well as a zip fastening at inner side, silk-covered buttons and a silk-covered heel.
