It wasn't a surprise to see Kanye West on the red carpet at the Costume Institute Gala, known as the Met Ball, but what was surprising is his latest squeeze Kim Kardashian wasn't by his side.
Famous Vogue editor Anna Wintour, who is a co-chair at the event, has been friends with the rapper for a couple of years. But his new girlfriend wasn't invited and apparently never will be.
A source told Radar Online, "Anna hates Kim. Why would she be invited to the event?" All the biggest stars in the world attended, including Scarlett Johansson, Beyonce, Jessica Alba, and Rihanna. But Kim "doesn't fit that bill" at all. Ouch!
Even at $25,000 a ticket, the reality star couldn't buy her way in to the event. The insider added that Anna didn't want her there. Period.
