New report claims 'Vogue' Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour refused to let Kim attend the major fashion event!
Apparently there are some parties even Kim Kardashian can't buy her way into! The reality star was noticeably missing from the 2012 Met Ball earlier this week — Kanye West, while dashing, looked awfully lonely — and now the real reason behind her absence has finally been revealed.
"[Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour] hates Kim," a Kardashian source tells RadarOnline.com. "Why would she be invited to the event? It is all the biggest stars in the world and Kim doesn't fit that bill at all."
Ouch!
And apparently Anna's hatred for the Kardashians goes beyond the Met Ball.
"Anna would allow Kim Kardashian on the cover of Vogue over her dead body," the source continues. "As long as Anna is in charge you will NOT see Kim on Vogue."
Poor Kim! She may have gotten her start on reality TV, but we still think she would have looked gorgeous at the ball.
