When a Kardashian goes for an eye makeup trend, I pay attention. 'Cause, really, no one wears eye makeup like the members of that family. Case in point? Come see the way Kourtney went for the color of the moment: blue.
She went for a regular ol' black eyeliner on top with a thick layer of blue on her lower lids.

Two things to take note of:
1) Just how thick the line of blue is.
And 2) the shimmery, foil-like finish of the liner she went with.
Together, those two elements create a kinda funky-cool effect that's fun for a summer night out.
Unfortunately, I don't know the exact color she's wearing here—and there doesn't appear to be a blue eyeliner like this in the Kardashian Beauty collection (at least not yet).
