Kim Kardashian slipped on a bright blue bikini for an afternoon by the pool in La Romana, Dominican Republic, last week. She was joined by her pregnant sister, Kourtney, Kourtney's boyfriend Scott Disick, and their son Mason for the getaway. Kourtney's just one of the many pregnant celebrities and already showed off her baby bump in a bikini during a vacation to Mexico in January.
Kendall and Kylie Jenner were also along for the fun, which was being filmed presumably for one of their reality shows. Khloé wasn't spotted on the trip, but she did have a chance to show off her swimwear-ready body in recent ads for the Kardashian Kollection Swimwear line.
