Kris Humphries isn't divorcing Kim Kardashian without a fight. The New Jersey Nets player, who filed for a breach of fiduciary duty last week, is now refusing to sign divorce papers until the reality star admits that their wedding was an elaborate setup, an insider tells Page Six.
"Kris wants Kim to admit to fraud, to admit the whole thing was staged for publicity, to make a public apology to him because he really wanted a marriage."
The Kardashian krew also reportedly offered Humphries $7 million to "shut up and go away," but he refused to take the money.
A source close to Kim denies the offer, which makes this one bit game of he said, she said. For what it's worth: we say enough already.
